Frequently asked questions.
Quick answers to common questions about using FightEvent.
How do fighters apply to an event?
When the event is open for applications and published, a fighter or a gym admin or coach can apply by selecting the fighter profile they want to use. If a fighter applies directly, the gym admin or coach gets an email where they can confirm or reject the application.
What if I want to stream my event?
We are working on PPV streaming for events, where organizers can stream with a phone, tablet, or more advanced equipment like professional cameras. Stay tuned. For now, you can use any streaming service and share the stream link on your event page.
How do organizers sell tickets? Where does the money go?
Organizers connect their organizer account to Stripe through FightEvent. Ticket revenue is collected into their Stripe account. Stripe collects a transaction fee for payments, and FightEvent deducts a small platform fee from ticket proceeds. See the pricing page for more info.
I am missing something or found a bug.
